Assessment:

1. Initial Assessment meeting with our Nutritionist Pam
– Open a dialog about your history and current health and wellness
– Take physical measurements to have a starting point
– Develop and set goals to be achieved

2. Program Development
– Our staff will take your initial assessment information and develop a strength, flexibility and cardio routine, combined with a nutrition program that will be geared towards your specific goals.

3. Results Tracking/Follow-up Assessment Meetings
– At least once a month, you will meet with the nutritionist to take new measurements and review your progress. This tracking will allow our staff to modify and update your personalized program to meet your progression and keep you on track to meet your goals. As goals are achieved, new goals will be set.

Be forewarned! Our staff will be vigorous in getting you to maintain your assessment and work-out regimen in order to achieve your goals. Your success is our success!

Nutrition:
In addition to our elite training staff, we have a Nutritionist on site. Proper nutrition is essential to maintaining a healthy lifestyle. We also roll out exciting and competitive contests a few times a year to keep continuously challenge our clients.
